Inkitt is a German startup that encourages writers to share their work in return for feedback.  The startup has created an algorithm that analyses the feedback each piece of work receives, and shares with with the submitting writer.  Readers get free access to pre-published novels and can even scout talented writers.

Inkitt raised $59M in a Series B funding round in October 2021 and has over 300,000 writers and over 7 million readers.
